Aleppo Citadel

Aleppo Citadel is a large medieval fortified palace in Aleppo,
built in Seif Al Dawla Al Hamadani era.
At that time it had a very important military and strategic
role. The citadel is isolated by a waterway of 30 m with width
and 20 m depth. The important section of the citadel is the
Throne Room, the Ibrahim Mosque, the Great Mosque and bathrooms.
It contains a small museum where some of the uncovered relics
and ruins are displayed.
